The Association of Certified Public Accountants is a professional membership organisation acting as a global umbrella for CPA's across the world. It is committed to create a class of highly skilled international professionals. Mainly it wishes to develop advisory and consulting skills out of traditional professional accountants, our goal is to develop IPD & CPD courses focusing on enhancing their managerial, leadership, sustainable strategic thinking & problem solving skills apart from accounting, auditing , legal and finance domains

The Institute is incorporated as a company limited by guarantee in England & Wales, and also is managed by The Institute of Certified Public Accountant (India) through a common management board but Global Central Council representing each country/region manages overall stewardship of this institute. Institute has adhered to policies and procedures framed by IFAC (International Federation of Accountants) in designing it's education, professional and disciplinary policies. All persons whose names are entered in the Register of Members will have their names entered in the Register under the Rules and Regulations of the Institute, so long as they continue to have their names borne in the said Register, shall constitute a body corporate by the name of The Association of Certified Public Accountants and all such persons shall be known as Members of the Institute and further they can designate themselves as International Certified Public Accountants.
Further the Institute shall never be construed to be in competition of any other professional accounting bodies.

The Institute aims at creating a uniform platform & voluntary compliance & acceptance of best accounting, auditing, taxation & ethical practices globally

The Institute shall have perpetual succession and a Common Seal.
